How ALI Billing System works

ALI uses a credit-based billing system, not traditional auto-charged subscriptions.
This means:
- You are not automatically charged by card
- All plans and upgrades are paid from your Agency Balance
How Billing Works in ALI
The billing flow in ALI always follows this order:
- Create your ALI agency
- Add credit to your agency balance
- Choose and activate a subscription plan
- Subscription costs are deducted from your balance
If your balance is empty, the system will not start or renew a subscription.
If a Renewal Cannot Be Paid
When your balance will not cover the next charge, we email you first. After that:
- 1 day past due - the agency is disabled. Your iPhones stop being reachable: no device list, no streaming, no media push. You can still log in and top up.
- 3 days past due - the subscription ends.
Topping up re-enables the agency as soon as the charge goes through. Your iPhones are never taken away over a missed payment.
Why ALI Uses an Agency Balance System
This system allows you to:
- Avoid unexpected charges
- Scale instantly to any amount of iPhones
You can top up your balance at any time and the credit will be used for:
- Subscription renewals
- Plan upgrades
- Additional phones (if upgraded)
- Connectivity Option changes
Important Note
- Clicking Buy Now does not charge your card
- You must have sufficient balance to activate a plan
- Subscriptions only start once balance is available
