Sometimes in ALI you can find your device but it looks different - it's greyed out and the "Launch" button does not work.
If every iPhone on the same box is greyed out and no session will start, the problem is with that box rather than with the individual iPhones.
If you encounter this issue, contact support via our Telegram support.
The estimated time for the issue to be fixed is 5 - 20 minutes.
