How should I send content to the ALI iPhones?

The simplest way is the Media vault in ALI: upload your photos and videos there, then send them straight to the iPhone.

Everything stays inside ALI, so there is no second account for your team to share.

Best practice:

• Upload from your computer, then pick the phones to send to
• Use Mark as posted so the team can see what has already gone out
• For a very large batch, a shared cloud folder downloaded on the iPhone still works

Alternative: Telegram file transfers.

We don't recommend Telegram for this because it can be unstable for long-term workflows.
